Sending Information Request Responses

The Company POC can send information request responses to the agency that are in a “Ready to Send” status.

About this task

Note: Users assigned a Consumer Complaints role can draft IR responses, but only the Company POC can send IR responses to the agency. See Managing Company User Accounts and Assigning and Reassigning the Company POC for more information.

Procedure

  1. Log in to SES.
  2. Click Manage Complaints.

  3. Click the Complaint ID hyperlink.

  4. Click Information Requests.

  5. Click Send Responses.

  6. Select the desired information request response.
  7. Click Send Responses.

  8. Click Confirm.
