SES Provides you with access to information about agency user skillset, workload, and history.
Viewing Current Workload
The Current Workload tab displays key information about supervisory activities on which the user is an active participant. This information is visible to all agency users at the selected user’s agency.

- Managing Agency User Accounts
  Creating and managing user accounts, tracking user activity and workload, and managing the agency profile.
  - Creating and Removing Agency Users
    In order to access SES, users must first have an account and be assigned the appropriate roles.
  - Managing Agency User Accounts
    When managing user accounts in SES, you can update user profiles, update roles and groups, reset passwords, and unlock accounts.
  - Agency User Work Information
    SES Provides you with access to information about agency user skillset, workload, and history.
    - Managing User Skillset
      The Skillset tab displays a user’s specializations. This information is visible to all agency users on SES. The selected skillset does not affect the user’s privileges in the system.
    - Viewing Current Workload
      The Current Workload tab displays key information about supervisory activities on which the user is an active participant. This information is visible to all agency users at the selected user’s agency.
    - Viewing Examiner History
      The Examiner History tab displays key information about supervisory activities on which the user participated, including SA Role Breakdown, AFR Frequency Breakdown, and SA Business Type Breakdown. This information is visible to all agency users at the selected user’s agency.
  - Managing the Agency Profile
    When managing the Agency Profile in SES, you can update the business types and business activities supervised, as well as manage email domains.
  - Verifying Agency Users
    Every month, the account administrators at each agency must verify its users in SES. Account administrators are expect to review their agency’s existing users and remove access for anyone that no longer needs it.
- Managing Company Users
  Create, remove, and administer users for your company, including third-party uers.

Viewing Current Workload

The Current Workload tab displays key information about supervisory activities on which the user is an active participant. This information is visible to all agency users at the selected user’s agency.

Procedure

Click Manage Users on the homepage.
Select the Name hyperlink for the desired user.
Click Current Workload.
