Uploading General Procedure Documents

Active agency participants on a supervisory activity (SA) can upload general procedure documents to an SA.

About this task

Follow these steps to upload a document that applies to all procedures for an SA rather than uploading the same document to each procedure. This functionality is best used if your agency conducted procedures outside of SES, so you can upload the full set of documentation for the procedures into SES.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Examination.
    The examinations tab in the Supervisory Activity module
  3. Click Add General Procedure Documents.

  4. Upload any necessary documents.
    Note: See Uploading Documents for details on uploading documents.
  5. Click Add Documents.

    Note: General documents are not shared with the company. They are internal documents that are only shared within your agency.

Results

General procedure documents are displayed at the bottom of the Summary and Procedures tabs by clicking the + Show General Procedures Documents link.
