You can cancel a supervisory activity (SA) in SES
at any time before the report is sent to the company.
About this task
Note: Only a staff user for the lead agency on an SA can
cancel an SA.
Procedure
Navigate to your supervisory activity.
Click Related Actions.
Click Cancel Supervisory Activity.
Enter a reason for cancelation and upload any necessary documents.
Note: All participating agency users on the SA can view the cancelation details, but the
company cannot see the reason for cancelation.
Click Cancel Supervisory Activity.
Click Confirm.
Results
SES updates any information requests in a “Sent to Company” status to “Canceled.” The
company can no longer respond to loan requests.
The company sees the following information when viewing the SA:
