Resetting User Password

Use this procedure to reset a user's password when it is expired or the user is locked of the system.

Procedure

  1. Click Manage Users on the homepage.

  2. Click Manage Users in the top right.

  3. Search for the desired user.
    Important: You must click Search. Pressing the Enter key does not generate search results.
  4. Select the row of the desired user from the results.

  5. Select Reset Password.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Reset Password.

  8. Click Confirm.
    Click the confirm button in the Password Reset Successful message.
