Unlocking a User Account

Use this procedure to restore a user's access when the user account has been locked out.

Procedure

  1. Click Manage Users on the homepage.

  2. Click Manage Users in the top right.

  3. Search for the desired user.
    Important: You must click Search. Pressing the Enter key does not generate search results.
  4. Select the row of the desired user from the results.

  5. Select Unlock Account.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Unlock Account.
    Click unlock account in the Unlock Account message to complete the action
  8. Click Close.
    Click close in the Account Unlock Successful message
