Managing Loan File Requests
When conducting an exam with a Loan File Review area for review (AFR), you can send an information request (IR) to the company asking for a full list of their loan information. The company typically responds with a spreadsheet in the requested format with a full list of loans.
At this point you would use the process that you have always used to narrow this list down to include only those loans you want to review documentation. The narrowed down list is the one you will upload onto SES to transmit to the company.
SES allows you to upload loan requests in bulk or you can add, remove, and update single loan requests.
Staff users from the lead agency assigned as a participant on the SA and the EIC can perform all actions related to loan requests.
Examiners and examiner reviewers can only add or upload loan requests and review loan request responses.
