Adding Transaction Requests

This topic explains how to add transaction requests to a supervisory activity (SA) of a money services business (MSB) company in SES. Agency users can create and upload transaction-specific requests to gather detailed documentation or clarifications from companies.

Active participants on a supervisory activity can add transaction requests. Adding transaction requests is a key step in conducting a thorough examination in SES. These requests enable agency users to collect transaction-level documentation from licensees as part of a supervisory activity. Understanding how to properly add these requests ensures accurate, timely communication and supports a well-documented examination process.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Transaction Requests > Add Transaction Request.
  3. Select a Reason for the transaction request.
  4. Add Transaction ID information.
    • Click Add Transaction ID to enter transaction IDs one by one.
    • Click Paste List to paste a list of transaction IDs from an Excel spreadsheet.
  5. Add Customer Information.
    • Click Add Customer Information to enter transaction IDs one by one.
    • Click Paste List to paste a list of customer information from an Excel spreadsheet.
  6. Optional: Add documents, comments, or a response due date.
  7. Click Add Transaction Request.
