Managing Associated Findings for Transaction Requests

This task explains how agency users can manage findings associated with transaction requests (TRs) in SES. Users can create, link, update, or remove findings tied to specific TRs to document issues identified during the examination.

About this task

During an examination, active participants on a supervisory activity (SA) can associate findings directly with individual TRs, ensuring that issues are clearly documented and linked to the supporting evidence.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Transaction Requests > Transaction Request Details.
  3. Select Actions for the desired transaction request.

  4. Select Manage Finding Association.
  5. Search for the relevant findings.
  6. Select the desired findings from the grid.
  7. Click Confirm Associations.
    The Comfirm Associations command attaches the SA findings to the loan request

Results

The request is now associated to specific findings and is displayed on the Transaction Request Details page in the Associated Findings section.
