Updating a User's Profile

Use this procedure to change a user's name, email, or contact information.

Before you begin

Before updating a profile, you must first open the user's profile.

Procedure

  1. Click Manage Users on the homepage.

  2. Click Manage Users in the top right.

  3. Search for the desired user.
    Important: You must click Search. Pressing the Enter key does not generate search results.
  4. Select the row of the desired user from the results.

  5. Select Update User Profile.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Update the necessary fields.
  8. Click Update User Information in the bottom right.
    Click update user information to save the profile changes
