Adding Custom Information Requests

Custom IRs are only available within the exam that they were created in (i.e., this custom IR will not appear in any other exam).

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Information Requests > Add Information Requests.

  3. Click Custom Information Request.

  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Click Add to Queue in the bottom right.

  6. Click View Queue in the bottom right.

  7. Select Save Information Requests.
  8. Click Save Information Requests.
