Adding General Information Request Documents and Comments

The Staff Director and EIC can add general documents and comments to the Supervisory Activity Information Requests before the SA enters the Close Out milestone.

About this task

Follow these steps to add comments or upload documents that apply to all IRs for an SA rather than uploading the same document to each IR.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Search for and select the SA ID you would like to access.

  3. Click Information Requests.

  4. Click Add General IR Comment and Documents.

  5. Type a Comment.

  6. Click Upload and select the document(s) to add, or drag and drop the documents in Drop Files Here.
  7. Click Add Documents.
