Adding Report Commentary

Examiners and the Examiner in Charge (EIC) can add Report Commentary to the Report of Examination (ROE) to guide report preparation.

About this task

Note: The screenshots below are from the EIC perspective. All other exam participants can only add and mark their own commentary complete.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

    Supervisory Activities button on the Main Menu
  2. Click the Report tab.

    Click the report tab to open reports for this examination
  3. Click Add Report Commentary.

  4. Enter the necessary details and upload any documents.
  5. Select Complete Report Commentary.
  6. Click Complete Commentary.

    Note: Each examiner can add as many instances of the report commentary as needed.

Results

Completed and in progress report commentary appears in the Report Commentary section with corresponding status indicators. There is also an indicator if the report commentary includes an attachment.

All finding commentary you chose to include with the report from the Examination tab will appear under the Report Commentary section.
