In the case of an insufficient MRA response, you
can return the response. After the company submits a response, the company can request you to
send the MRA back.
About this task
Note: You can send back an MRA even after an SA is closed and locked.
If the company lead requests the MRA to be sent back for update, you will receive a
notification email stating the reason for the request.
Procedure
Navigate to your supervisory activity.
Click MRA.
Optional: You can filter the list to show only those items with send back
requested.
Click Show Filters.
Under Has Send Back Requests? select
Yes.
Click the View
Details icon.
Note: You can search the grid by MRA ID. You can also filter the grid by AFR and
follow links to Associated Findings.
Click Send Back to Company.
Provide a Response explaining why the MRA is being sent
back.
