Quickly Adding a Finding

You have the option to Findings or Adding Matters Requiring Attention and commentary while entering observations to a loan request.

About this task

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Loan Requests > Loan Details.

  3. Click the Response Received icon.

    click the Response Received command to access the loan request responses sent from the company
  4. Click the Actions ellipsis for the desired loan request.

  5. Select Work Loan Request.
  6. Click Quick Add a Finding. This creates an association between the finding and the loan request in the system, and the association is displayed everywhere the finding and the loan request are displayed in the system.

  7. You can also add and Matters Requiring Attention (MRA) to the finding by clicking Quick Add a MRA.

    The Quick Add a MRA command allows you to associate an MRA with the Loan Request
    See Adding Matters Requiring Attention.
    Adding an MRA automatically associates the MRA to this finding. The MRA automatically moves to the Complete status.
