When the company responds to a loan request, you can add notes, upload documents,
associate findings, choose a retention period, and mark the response complete.

Note: If the company responded to a
loan request via an external source like email or a file sharing link, it is
indicated in the Responses section of the Loan
Details pane.
Procedure
Navigate to your supervisory activity.
Click Loan Requests > Loan Details.
Click the Actions ellipsis for the desired loan
request.
Select Work Loan Request.
Select the appropriate retention policy.
Select Complete Review.
Click Complete Review in the bottom right.
Click Confirm.
